At some point I will have to write a blog post about managing offline life with online activities (i.e. Blogging and social networking). However, until I figure that one out, how about a post about establishing a blog with a purpose???
As I had mentioned in my previous post, having a sound statement of purpose for one’s blog is essential because it establishes the topic and goals of the blog. Have you ever had the experience of hearing the right thing at the right moment and it just pierces beneath the surface, radically shifting your perspective?
The above question was asked by Dianna Bonny in her blog, “The Healing Energy from Singing Your Heart Out.” My answer in response after reading it was “YES!”. Almost a year ago, while I was recovering from neurological side effects manifested as result of surgery, I was feeling anxious about speaking in public given that I had uncontrollable tremors in my body. Well, here it is, AM Experience’s first podcast. We are so excited to be able to share portions of Ajen’s phone conversation with Kaje Thomas from Full Circle Life Coaching. The overall current of their hour long discussion together centered on coaching for individuals and couples as well as the role recreational activities in developing deeper and more meaningful relationships. It was such a nice conversation, we really want to share portions of it with you!

I will do my best to honor these requests with straight forward bullets. Please keep in mind that the following information are only suggestions and is meant for those who have at least some basic working knowledge of putting together a blog. Read more
OK, because I am not much into creating much fanfare in regards to me restarting this blog; I am going to jump in and make this blog post about taking risks. I am motivated to do this because this past year has been filled with interesting twists and turns.
